Whole House Rental

  • Access: Full access to workroom from inside
  • Best For: Private retreats with a Large groups
Rates:

  • Mon–Fri: $60/person/night
  • Thurs–Sat: $75/person/night
  • Minimum: 12 guests
Booking Option 2

First Floor Only

  • Sleeps: Up to 8
  • Bedrooms/Baths: 2 Bed / 2 Bath
  • Access: Workroom access from inside
  • Best For: Mid-size groups that want quick studio access and a gourmet kitchen
  • Three Step Entry / Portable ramp available
Rates:

  • Mon–Fri: $60/person/night
  • Thurs–Sat: $75/person/night
  • Minimum: 6 guests
Booking Option 3

Lower Level Only

  • Sleeps: Up to 8
  • Bedrooms/Baths: 3 Bed / 1 Bath
  • Access: Workroom access from outside
  • Best For: Groups needing no-step entry
  • No Step Entry

Policy

Cancellation Policy

30+ days prior to your  stay: 
 Fully Refundable

Less than 30 days prior to your stay: 
Non-fundable.  non-refundable. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your stay within 12 months, subject to availability.

In the event of inclement weather: 
If hazardous weather makes travel to the retreat unsafe, we will gladly reschedule your stay for a future available date within 12 months.

If Hidden Falls Farm Retreat must cancel your reservation: 
You will receive your choice of a full refund or reschedule for a futue date and time based on availablity.
