Cancellation Policy

30+ days prior to your  stay: 
 Fully Refundable

Less than 30 days prior to your stay: 
Non-refundable.  However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your stay within 12 months, subject to availability.

In the event of inclement weather: 
If hazardous weather makes travel to the retreat unsafe, we will gladly reschedule your stay for a future available date within 12 months.

If Hidden Falls Farm Retreat must cancel your reservation: 
You will receive your choice of a full refund or reschedule for a futue date and time based on availablity.
